I decided to try and sketch the pose I had trouble with the other day.  Well, it kind of turned into something else.

I can't quite put my finger on what bothers me about this drawing...but something is not right.

For lunch today we had hot ham and cheese sandwiches with potato soup.  This lunch comes to you courtesy of Dan.

I don't know what the main dish was called today.  It was a pasta dish.

Happy 10th Birthday Covenant School

Emme helped me make this giant cake for her school's 10th birthday.  We had so much fun together.

School lunch today was a chicken biscuit with homemade slaw baked apples and grapes. 

If at first you don't succeed, try, try again...and again.

I wanted to do an ink painting of one of Edison's photos.  Well the first one I did without sketching it first and it was terrible.  The second was still not there but the third was much better.  Not perfect, but better.  I put the photo under the final painting.
